Tesla Model Y owner shares review after 250,000 miles

This Tesla owner has covered over 250,000 miles with his 2022 Tesla Model Y.

He shared the result in the Tesla High Mileage Club Facebook group, and it’s honestly quite impressive.

Not only has he covered 250,000 miles without any problems, he also did it with its original battery, brake pads, and windshield.

Only the cabin filter and tires had to be replaced.

What this Tesla owner is getting from his 2022 Tesla Model Y

The driver of this Model Y is the latest Tesla owner to join the Tesla High Mileage Club, both figuratively and literally because there’s a Facebook group for that.

The owner said the car has “never been in service”, and still “runs like new”.

The battery is still capable of 270 miles of range at full charge, down from the initial battery capacity of 330 miles.

This is more or less in line with what other owners reported, with one Tesla Model S owner (pictured below) claiming he’s still has a battery capacity of 84 percent after nine years.

What’s going on with high mileage Teslas

Everyone knows gas cars are capable of covering incredible distances.

One Greek taxi driver racked up an astonishing three million miles over the course of 23 years, whilst a Canadian cabbie hit 1.6 million over 35 years.

But electric vehicles have been around for a while now, and we’re also beginning to see more examples of EV longevity.

The Model Y and Model S owners we’ve mentioned here aren’t the only members of the High Mileage club.

For example, there’s a man in Slovakia owns a Model X with over 200,000 miles on the clock.

But no one has done with this Model S owner in Germany (above) has done, having driven his Tesla Model S for over 1.2 million miles and counting.
